Because of the current COVID-19 global environment we now operate in…

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OF PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS

Before ordering please read all product descriptions, directions, policies procedures.  We will only accept returns if the item was shipped incorrectly and the item must be return unused in the original condition and container with original packaging including paperwork, manuals or accessories.  Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund, return or replacement. 

DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED ITEMS FROM THE CARRIER. 

  • Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
  • Do not return items by expedited (overnight, 2nd day). Please return ship via USPS with tracking.
  • Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly and only for the item in order that was shipped incorrectly. 
  • Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 14-30 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.

Promotional and free items:

  • Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.

Example: Purchase shampoo and get free hair oil —the free item will not be refunded for any reason. In addition, if the purchased item—in this example the shampoo—is returned for a refund, the free hair oil must be returned as well.

Example: Purchase marketing services and get a free bag—the bag will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

Gift Cards, Coupons & Gift Certificates:

  • Not returnable or refundable for cash or exchangeable.
  • Not replaceable if lost or stolen.
