Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. If you ordered during a sale, promotion, or new product release, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing due to the volume of orders. If we need additional time, an update will be provided via email.
You will receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your order has been fulfilled. Orders typically arrive within 7 – 10 business days for U.S. shipments.
Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier shipping costs.
United States
The average transit time is 7-10 business days.
Pre-Order shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer and take into consideration the average weight of each package, along with the distance required for delivery.

Additional Shipping Information
Business days include Monday – Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.
International shipping fees do not include any countries’ customs, duties or taxes which are determined and imposed by the destination country and not within the control of Urban Mane Haircare.
*Please note that any additional international duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility upon package arrival to destination.
Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Urban Mane Haircare is no longer responsible for the package. This includes instances of loss, theft, damage, or delivery delays. Customers are responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier in such cases. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed, but we are unable to initiate claims on behalf of customers.

When ordering outside of the United States of America, recipients may be subject to customs duties and fees that must be fulfilled upon receipt of the package. Urban Mane Haircare has no control over these charges and customs policies can vary widely from country to country and are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Customs, duties, and taxes imposed by a recipient’s country of residence are non-refundable.
Out of Stock Items:
We strive to have all of our products available. Due to high demand for our products, some products may be out of stock at the moment. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will notify you and send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you. Please make sure you are signed up to our email list to be notified when products are back in stock.
